Agreement
By creating a Memoflow account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Memoflow on behalf of a studio, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The service
Memoflow provides software for studio operations and guest media delivery. Features may depend on your plan entitlements and configured providers (storage, payments, email, jobs).
Accounts & tenants
You are responsible for member access, role assignments, and content published to guest galleries. Keep credentials secure and revoke access when staff leave.
Media ownership
Studios retain ownership of client photographs and related media you upload. You grant Memoflow a limited license to host, process, transcode, and deliver that media solely to operate the product for your organization.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the checkout provider and plan selected. Failure to pay may suspend features after grace periods. Media retention after cancellation follows product policy — data is not deleted silently without notice in the product documentation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Memoflow for unlawful content, abuse of guest privacy, attempts to bypass tenant isolation, or interference with infrastructure. Face search must only be enabled with appropriate consent and legal basis.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoflow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of media beyond amounts paid for the subscription in the prior twelve months. Obtain backups appropriate to your studio risk.
