01What is Memoflow?
Memoflow is a multi-tenant photography studio operating system: CRM, bookings, finance, media, and live QR guest galleries from lead to delivery.
02How do guest galleries work?
You create a gallery with an opaque access token (often shown as a QR). Guests open the link on mobile, browse published photos, and download per your policy — no guest accounts required.
03Do guests need an app or password?
No. The default guest experience is a single scan or link. You can revoke access when the event ends.
04Is face search required?
No. Face search is optional, consent-first, and event-scoped. Guests can always browse and download without using face search.
05How does billing work in India?
Studio subscriptions are priced in INR and designed for Razorpay checkout. Payments your clients make to your studio remain separate from the Memoflow subscription.
06What are the public plan prices?
Starter is ₹1,999/month and Professional is ₹4,999/month. Enterprise is custom — contact us for volume and multi-branch needs.
07Can my team upload during the wedding?
Yes. Memoflow supports high-volume upload sessions and ingestion credentials so photos can publish throughout the day.
08Who owns the photos?
Your studio retains ownership of client media. Memoflow hosts and delivers under your account policies; see Terms for license details.
09How is guest privacy handled?
Gallery tokens are revocable. Face search selfies and embeddings follow short retention and deletion workflows. See Privacy for principles.
10Can I start with a trial studio?
Sign up to create an organization. Plan and trial state are managed in studio settings once billing is configured.
