Who we are

Memoflow provides multi-tenant software for photography studios. Studio accounts hold organization, membership, media, and client workflow data. Guests typically access galleries via opaque links without creating Memoflow accounts.

Studio data

We process account, membership, CRM, booking, invoice, and media metadata needed to operate the product. Access is tenant-isolated. Platform operators may use audited support-access grants when you request help.

Guest galleries

Gallery tokens are designed to be revocable. Download and view policies are controlled by the studio. Guest gallery URLs are not intended for search engine indexing.

Face search

Face search is optional. Browsing and download never require it. Consent is collected before selfie processing. Memoflow runs its own detection and matching pipeline — not third-party identity databases inside request handlers. Defaults avoid cross-tenant or cross-event matching. Selfie and query data use short retention; embeddings are deletable via studio or guest workflows.

Studios enabling face search should obtain appropriate legal review under applicable biometric and Indian DPDP obligations before production use.

Payments

Subscription and client payment processors (for example Razorpay) process payment details under their own policies. Memoflow stores payment references and invoice state needed for reconciliation.
